This is the local vet, currently run by ................... . It has 10 stalls for horses that are staying for a night or more, and a back barn where there are 5 separate stalls for quarantine. There is also a small barn containing 2 foaling stalls.

This is a small neighborhood with smallish but nice houses for those people who are more settled down. Each house is around 1200 sq. ft., and has a tiny fenced-in backyard. They are $12,500 to buy, $500/month to rent.

A local club, where the fun just doesn't stop. Inside is a bar and large dance floor. The greatest and latest in all music is played here, by request as well. Opens at 7 pm, closes at 3 pm.

| Second Chance Rescue Center
This is what Molly Townsend left when she went to California -- a magnificent farm that Amaia Pintantes turned into a public facility for the use of all. The facilities include three huge outdoor arenas, two massive indoor areas, four round pens, six corrals, twelve wash stalls, two tack rooms and fifty acres of trail. The horses who are not owned come here, and stay in the huge barn to the far right of the property, until someone adopts them. Unfortunately, there are only twenty stalls, and when they fill up, there is no more room for new horses.

| Oakleaf Equestrian Center
An equestrian center currently unowned. A bit on the classy side, though not the nicest farm around, contains everything one might need. Twenty stalls, an indoor arena, a boarded round pen with a roof, tack and feed rooms, and a quarantine stall for newcomers. Except for the quarantine stall, the entire stable is one large barn, and everything is indoors. Unfortunately there are no pastures, but horses can be turned out in the arena.
Owner: none
To buy this property: must pay $25,000 to community pot, have been an active member for a month -- character making purchase must have been in play for at least two weeks.

| Rockshire Manor
This is a small, quaint farm with a down-home country feeling to it. The two small barns are built from stone, and have moss and vines growing on them. The small place has a scenic, lovely look to it, and although it is small, Rockshire is a capable facility. One of the two barns has eight stalls, four on either side of the aisle. The other barn has four stalls, a tack room, and one open wall. There are two outdoor rings, but no round pen as of yet.

| Bayard Breeding Center
This is a large facility that is for breeding purposes. If you want to breed your horse, you must come here. You can choose a stallion off of the list, and then post your mare's stats. The baby will be decided by the admin.

This is the local park, with large fields for sports, playgrounds for younger kids, and a garden with benches for a quiet day in the shade.

| Creekside Meadow
This is a lovely, open meadow filled with lush grass. It is a fantastic place to run, for it is clear and flat. It is also a nice place to sit down with your horse and have a picnic, or just to walk down with your horse on a lead and let them graze.

Located on the outskirts of Bayard, the lake is a fantastic place to swim, ride, or just have a quiet picnic. There are a few small trails around for use by anyone, whether you are hiking or riding.
